At Bramcote Memorial Hall we aim to cater for the whole community. We accept regular bookings for exercise classes, group meetings and activities. We also hire out our rooms for private events including dance functions, children’s parties, pre-wedding events, family parties and more.
Please note our calendar is extremely busy, so we recommend booking several months in advance if possible. Please contact Claire on memorialhallbramcote@outlook.com or 07921 020268 and we will do our very best to accommodate you. We do not accept bookings with less than 14 days’ notice.
Our venue consists of two large halls and one meeting room, plus male and female toilets, a separate disabled toilet, and private car park. There are also on-street parking bays available to the public just outside the building.
Main Hall – The largest of our rooms, pictured below. Measuring 10x16m, the Main Hall includes a sprung dancefloor and a stage, plus adjacent kitchen with serving hatch. Standing capacity is 120 (seated 100).
Community Room – Our middle-sized room, pictured below. Measuring 10x10m, the Community Room comes with wooden flooring and has an adjacent kitchen with serving hatch. The walls are fitted with ballet barres and we also have a pull-down screen for projection. Standing capacity is 70 (seated 50). *Please note the Community Room is not suitable for bouncy castles due to the ceiling height.*
Committee Room – Our smallest room, pictured below. Measuring 7x7m, the Committee Room is a comfortable, carpeted meeting place with soft seating for up to 25 people (30 standing).
