Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini yoga focuses on awareness of the mind and body. Each session will make you feel more energised, centred and toned. Our instructor Judy uses a combination of movement, exercises and meditation to calm the nervous system, making you feel calm and relaxed.

Classes are suitable for all levels of experience. Booking is advisable but drop-ins are also welcome.
