Pilates is a form of exercise which concentrates on strengthening the body, with particular emphasis on core strength. It is a great way of improving general fitness and wellbeing and can also help with weight loss, posture, balance and flexibility.
Classes are suitable for all levels of experience. Booking is advisable but drop-ins are also welcome.
